Life can be hard.  And sometimes, we need a little help to navigate where we are and where we want to be heading.  If you are struggling with life transitions, anxiety, depression, spiritual growth, grief, are feeling more stressed than usual, or are just feeling stuck, let’s book a few sessions together and see how I can help you.

I use a client-centered, trauma-informed approach to create a safe, warm, and compassionate space for you to develop further insight into yourself. Using a strength-based approach of Motivational Interviewing and a variety of tools I have gained in my career working with people with mental health challenges, substance use and intellectual disabilities, my goal is to help you discover what you need for your own personal growth. I am a Somatic Therapist (ISTP-tm Trained) and we will work with the wisdom of the body to help you uncover past injuries that may be getting in the way of you reaching your full potential. I have taught yoga (Certified under Yoga Alliance) for over twenty years and am a practitioner of Kadampa Buddhism. Mindfulness, meditation and relaxation tools are part of my practice.

Together we will explore your values, beliefs and goals. I will help you uncover your greatest strengths exploring what is most important to you.

I will work in partnership with you via in-person or virtual sessions.

With both feet firmly planted in Motivational Interviewing, you can be sure that I will not tell you what to do, or push my own agenda.  I will listen and help you unleash your greatest potential. My job is to be your guide as you explore making changes, setting goals, and creating a life of deeper meaning and purpose.

$170 for a 75 minute session.

Pay By: E-transfer, Cash, or Cheque

Usually covered by most insurance companies - check with your benefit plan under Psychotherapy or Social Work.
